Kenaf Processing
From Green Leaves to Fine Powder
At BlueBerry Incorporation PLC, our kenaf powder production begins with the careful collection of fresh green kenaf leaves from our own cultivation fields and partner farms across Bangladesh. The process starts with selecting mature leaves that meet strict quality standards, ensuring optimal nutrient retention. Once harvested, the leaves are promptly transported to our processing facilities to prevent degradation.
We utilize three primary drying methods—sun drying, solar heater drying, and electric heater drying. Each method is chosen based on the specific needs of our clients and the environmental conditions at the time of processing. Sun drying leverages natural heat, ideal for maintaining the organic integrity of the leaves. Solar heater drying is a sustainable option that provides a more controlled environment, while electric heater drying ensures rapid, consistent results even during adverse weather conditions. This diverse approach ensures flexibility in processing without compromising on quality.
Once the leaves are completely dried, they are inspected to ensure optimal dryness and consistency. The dried leaves are then fed into specialized crushing machines that carefully grind them into a fine powder. This powder is immediately transferred to a secure packaging area where it is sealed in hygienic, moisture-resistant packaging to preserve its quality during transportation and storage.
BlueBerry ensures that each batch of kenaf powder is rigorously tested for purity and quality before it is shipped to clients across the globe. Our commitment to sustainability, quality control, and innovation ensures that our kenaf powder consistently meets the needs of industries such as pharmaceuticals, animal feed, cosmetics, and more.
